Linda travels with Blu and Tulio to Rio de Janeiro and they leave Blu and Jewel in a large cage in the institute where Tulio works. He invites Linda to bring Blu to Rio so that he and Jewel can save their species. Out of the blue, clumsy Brazilian ornithologist, Tulio, visits Linda and explains that Blu is the last male of his species, and he has a female called Jewel in Rio de Janeiro. Fifteen years later, Blu is a domesticated and intelligent bird that does not fly and lives a comfortable life with bookshop owner Linda. A girl, Linda, finds the bird and raises him with love. While driving through Moose Lake, Minnesota, the truck that is transporting Blu accidentally drops Blu's box on the road. In Rio de Janeiro, baby macaw, Blu, is captured by dealers and smuggled to the USA. Rubino shows him his son and goes to get the drugs but. Downs wants his son first before he gives him the drugs. Downs meets with Rubino and asks for his drugs. Downs brings the drugs to the casino and hides the drugs. When she meets Downs she gets a vibe off of him and follows him.
She thinks all the men are patronizing her. Recently one her busts went bust and she did everything by the book.

Rubino discovers Downs was the one who stole the drugs so he has Downs' son abducted and tells Downs to bring the drugs to his casino. And Rob Novak the man who was handling the drug sale sets his sights on the man who sold him the drugs, casino boss Rubino. But what they don't know is that the drugs belong to a crime family, the Novaks who goes after anyone who crosses them. His partner asks him to steal some drugs, which they do. I found this film to be entertaining and satisfying, does that make me weird?I don't know.Vincent Downs is a cop in Las Vegas, who's partnered with a crooked cop. His well planned (yet totally impossible)scheme begins and every person involved in the injustice the father had to endure were brought to his kind of justice. The first stage was gruesome, yet so far fetched to be anywhere near the truth, but satisfying. The father disappears from the radar for about 10 years and then he reappears and his revenge begins.wow. All because of ambitions within the state attorneys office.

The film is about revenge, after a particular nasty murder of wife and child by two psychos, the father was further abused (mentally) by the justice system, because unknown to him pre trial deals were agreed to leading to lesser penalties for the perpetrators. I was right and before long was waiting for the postman. Armed with the title I knew where I was guaranteed to buy this DVD, eBay.

I had not heard of the movie and enjoyed what little I saw. I caught a small part of this movie as my husband switched over from another program and we watched it. Gary Gray, the director, is first able to generate considerable suspense and a sense of dread, View London - Dodgy politics aside, LAW ABIDING CITIZEN is a slickly made, trashily entertaining thriller that builds to a suitably explosive climax, Little White Lies - The film doesn't take itself too seriously and there are enough cool deaths and thrills to entertain despite the ridiculous premise, Hollywood Reporter - The script does create sufficient tension and intrigue to hook viewers along with a photogenic, hardworking cast, Radio Times - Foxx is perfectly cast as the moral compass of the film, but it's Butler's edgy portrayal, walking a thin line between madness and genius, which leaves a lasting impression, News Of The World - If you want a crazy mix of SAW and SHAWSHANK, where a lot of people get killed in nasty ways and Gerard Butler gets his bum out, then this is a decent bet, Variety - It's Gerard Butler's juicy performance as a grieving father turned mass-murdering psycho genius that powers this self-serious pulp entertainmentĪ law abiding citizen gives a murderer his "come uppence".
